Are you being too Expectant or Expecting the Un-expected.

Whether if it's being Expectant or expected or not sometimes we just cannot know what is going to happen in our lives. Much like the little boy hiding in the close hamper at the end of the hallway trying to not giggle to lose his fortified position with squirt gun in hand waiting for his prey to open it to only get drenched with a bucket of water. Recalling a great and happy and fun time from my childhood. That was me, squirt gun in hand Expectant of my would be prey who opens that close hamper only to get drenched from my dad with a bucket of water. We, my family, my mom, my sister and my dad got the house so wet with an amazing and fun squirt gun fight. That house wasn't very Expectant of that. But never the less was a great memory from my childhood. I am still very un-Expectant of what may happen in my life but it's always fun to just live life and to be the great and best dad that I can be with my daughter.

However her being drenched in this picture she was "Expectant" of getting wet this last summer as we had a slipping slide barbequeing squirt gun of a good time that weekend. My house was Expectant to not get too wet and we did succeed in that in not getting dad's house too wet on the inside.

Some Expectant-cies are not always of being Expectant are not always so pleasant.

People come and go in our life, we need to be Expectant of that. Death is and can be very un-Expectant. It comes in like the wind. It is sad and heart wrenching to lose loved ones. I have had loved ones pass on. We cannot escape the Expectant when it comes for us but to smile and realize that we are being born in others minds as memories are forever etched into our Expectant loved ones minds that we leave here. A lesson of being Expectant has taught me a very valuable lesson. To expect the unexpected and to not put Expectant-cies on others. They don't have the free time that I do because I am an entrepreneur full time and have the luxury of having more time.
